You need... a National Filming Permit (ISSM) if you're any international crew shooting anywhere in Madagascar.

Any drone filming by a foreign licensed pilot

You need... a Drone Permit (ACM) if you're flying a drone, importing one, or both. You can either hire our licensed drone pilots.
